Profile
Dr. Hepp was born and raised in Princeton, Illinois. Growing up, he worked with his father in the Agriculture business which included mechanical work; spraying and spreading fields with herbicide and fertilizer. Throughout his youth, he began to appreciate the strength and hard work that goes into a passion. In grade school and high school, he began to play sports and regularly suffered from football injuries; which led him to his first Chiropractor. While being seen for his injuries he watched, learned, and most importantly felt the difference in techniques, notably the Gonstead Method of hands on adjusting of the spine.
During the last year of attending undergraduate college, at Illinois Valley Community College, he knew exactly what he wanted to do with his life. Dr. Hepp went on to earn his prerequisites, later transferring to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where his sister was also attending to become a chiropractor. After his graduation in 1994, Dr. Hepp purchased the office of former Anna chiropractor, Dr. Donald Odum. By 1998, he began a focus on Sports Medicine and how chiropractic care can benefit athletes. By completing 100 hours of education at Logan Chiropractic College in Chesterfield, Missouri; Dr. Hepp earned his certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. He has since continued to further his education and skills over the years by attending training sessions and seminars surrounding the Gonstead Method of Chiropractic.
In his spare time, he has gained his pilot's license and enjoys flying small engine aircraft. Spending time with his four granddaughters: Audrey, Gracie, Mallory, and Kelly (and helping to aid in the healing of their sports injuries now!) He also enjoys camping and biking with his wife, Robin. Reading and gaming are also two of his favorite pastimes!
